(it came out pink, actually) :o) It's crazy what a difference having a vitamix makes. The smoothies are so much better, and I am just making tons of them because it is so easy. And the more I make them, the more I crave them. Today i drank 1.5 litres of green smoothie! I'm going to turn green! haha Just have to make sure that I am getting lots of variety with them. Using different greens (kales, spinach, dandelion, bok choy, cilantro & parsley) and adding some random fruits into my usual mix of banana/frozen blueberries/frozen strawberries...have been trying papaya and pears and apples mostly. the papaya makes for a wonderful texture.
